Season five of Diablo IV is set to be unveiled next week, bringing new challenges and exhilarating gameplay for fans of the franchise.
Prepare your weapons and ready yourself for intense monster battles in the upcoming Season of the Infernal Hordes. This season introduces a horde mode available in the Realm of Hatred, tailored for players who have completed the main storyline and crave additional content. In this mode, waves of enemies will continuously assault you, and between waves, you can select various upgrades for your character. However, the complexity increases as you will also need to choose items that will disadvantage you.
The Infernal Hordes mode is accessible on both Seasonal and Eternal realms, beginning in World Tier III after the completion of a specific questline. This wave-based feature can be tackled solo or with friends. Fans of Diablo II will be excited to hear that The Fell Council makes a return in this mode. There are five bosses in total, but only three can be faced in a single session. Beyond the new horde mode, players can discover fifty new items dropped by enemies across the game world.
