With great excitement surrounding the debut season of Marvel Rivals approaches, players are eager to dive into the new features, including the introduction of the Fantastic Four and a fresh Battle Pass. However, the patch notes reveal extensive changes to various heroes, warranting closer examination.

Concerns about potential downgrades to beloved characters can be put to rest. A thorough review of the patch notes indicates that the most significant adjustments involve Hawkeye, who experiences a reduction in long-range impact, shifting his role more towards close-quarters and mid-range combat, and Hela, whose health has been adjusted from 275 to 250.

Rather than severely diminishing the effectiveness of prominent characters, the developers at Netease aim to bolster the performance of other heroes to align with the current game environment. Nearly all Vanguard characters will see enhancements, particularly Captain America and Thor, who are receiving substantial improvements. Additionally, popular Dualists like Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, Storm, and Wolverine are getting essential updates. On the Strategist front, both Cloak & Dagger and Jeff will also enjoy enhancements. While there is a downgrading for Mantis and a slight tweak to Luna Snow's ultimate ability, these changes are unlikely to render the characters ineffectual.
